Privacy Policy

Account data: email address, display name, and authentication provider information (Google OAuth profile).

Usage data: chat messages, session metadata, credit transactions, API usage logs, and container activity.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information for security and rate limiting purposes.

We use your data to: provide and improve the Service; process credit purchases; prevent abuse and enforce rate limits; communicate service updates; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your chat messages are sent to AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) for processing. These providers may process your messages according to their own privacy policies. We store conversation history to provide session continuity. You can delete your conversations at any time.

Files and data in your isolated container environment are accessible only to you and the AI agent during your sessions. Container data persists between sessions but is permanently deleted when your account is terminated.

Credit purchases are processed by LemonSqueezy. We do not store your payment card details. LemonSqueezy's privacy policy governs the handling of payment information.

Account and chat data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS). Container environments run on our dedicated servers. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

We use the following third-party services:

Supabase — Authentication and database
LemonSqueezy — Payment processing
Cloudflare — CDN and DDoS protection
Vercel — Frontend hosting
Telegram — Bot integration (optional)

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we permanently remove your personal data, chat history, and container environment within 30 days. Anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.

You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; delete your account and data; export your chat history; and withdraw consent for optional data processing. Exercise these rights through Settings or by contacting us.

We use essential cookies for authentication session management only. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
