1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Republic of AI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Republic of AI provides a Coding-Agent-as-a-Service platform powered by OpenClaw. Users interact with AI coding agents through web chat, Telegram, and API. Each user receives an isolated Docker container environment for code execution.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person may not maintain more than one account.
4. Credits and Billing
The Service uses a prepaid credit system. Credits are purchased in packs and consumed when you use AI agents. Credit prices are displayed at the time of purchase. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law. Credits do not expire. We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: generate malicious code, malware, or exploits; conduct attacks against third-party systems; mine cryptocurrency; store or transmit illegal content; attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing; resell access without authorization; or violate any applicable law.
6. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by AI agents is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any code or output before using it in production. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
7. Container Environment
Your isolated container environment is provided for legitimate development tasks. We reserve the right to terminate containers that consume excessive resources, run prohibited software, or are used for purposes other than AI-assisted development.
8. API Access
API keys are provided for programmatic access. You are responsible for securing your API keys. Compromised keys should be revoked immediately. Rate limits apply to API usage.
9. Referral Program
The referral program awards credits to both the referrer and the referred user. Abuse of the referral program (including self-referral or creating fake accounts) will result in account termination and forfeiture of credits.
10. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. We claim no ownership over your code, data, or AI-generated outputs. The Service itself, including its software, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of Republic of AI.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, your container environment and associated data will be permanently deleted. Unused credits are non-refundable upon voluntary termination.
13. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
